Refund and Returns Policy
Cancellation Policy
In general, you shall not be entitled to cancel your order once you have received confirmation of the order. If you cancel your order after confirmation, Medilux Ayurveda shall have the right to charge a cancellation fee, with the right to either not refund the order value or recover from you, in subsequent orders, the complete or deficit cancellation fee, as applicable, to compensate our merchants and delivery contractors. In case of cancellation for reasons attributable to Medilux Ayurveda, our merchants, or our delivery contractors, Medilux Ayurveda shall not charge you any cancellation fee.
However, in the unlikely event of service unavailability, we will contact you at the phone number provided and inform you about such unavailability. In such an event, you shall be entitled to receive a refund as per our refund policy.
We reserve the sole right to cancel the services in the following circumstances:
- In the event of the ‘unavailability of services’ by Medilux Ayurveda.
- Failure to contact you via phone or email at the time of delivering services.
- Failure to deliver our services due to a lack of information, direction, and authorization from you at the time of service delivery.
Refund Policy
You shall be entitled to a refund only if you prepay for our services at the time of placing your order on the platform and only in the event of any of the following circumstances:
- Your location falls outside our ‘area of services’ zone.
- Failure to contact you via phone or email at the time of order confirmation.
- You cancel the services because of the unavailability of trainers and dieticians at the time of booking.
Our decision to issue a refund shall be at our sole discretion and shall be final and binding. Before finalizing the refund, our team will attempt to connect with you to clarify any refund-related questions, including those related to our products or services.
The refund amount shall be credited only to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days post-complete product or consultation verification and in accordance with the terms of the purchase.
Shipping Policy
For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post only. For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 0-7 days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms. MEDILUX AYURVEDA LLP is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 0-7 days rom the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration.
